The Military Housing Association (MHA) is proud to announce that SatisFacts recently recognized all member companies with the 2023 SatisFacts Insite Survey Company Award for receiving high resident satisfaction scores. Awarded members include Balfour Beatty Communities, Corvias, Hunt Military Communities, Liberty Military Housing, Mayroad, Patrician Management, and The Michaels Organization.
The award recognizes top-performing property-management companies who provide quality resident experiences. The winners are based on third-party surveys, administered by SatisFacts, and are required to obtain an average score of 4.25/5.0 on the surveys.
Surveys are administered at point-of-service and national winners are required to have at least 100 surveys completed.
