SatisFacts, a national leader in administering independent satisfaction surveys, awarded Balfour Beatty Communities (BBC) for delivering exceptional services to privatized military housing residents, scoring in the top percentile for both move-in and work order performance.
With over 40,000 resident survey responses this year, BBC earned the National Company Award for overall military housing services and additional awards across all military properties. Resident interactions with staff were scored on a 5-point scale. Overall, residents gave BBC high satisfaction ratings with their move-in experiences (4.41 out of 5) and work order experiences (4.61 out of 5).
