Hunt Military Communities (HMC) recently accepted awards for service excellence after residents reported high customer satisfaction ratings to SatisFacts, a national leader in administering independent satisfaction surveys. HMC – an MHA member company – partners with the U.S. military to provide housing for military families through the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) residents.

SatisFacts independently administered resident satisfaction surveys after HMC performed key services, which were then scored on a 5-point scale. A total of 36,725 residents participating in the 2021 surveys rated HMC in the top percentile for both move-in experiences (4.32) and work order performance (4.67).

“We are honored to have received this recognition from our residents for our work in providing high levels of service,” said Brian Stann, Hunt Military Communities President and Chief Executive Officer. “This designation is a testament to our employees’ commitment to our residents on a daily basis. It is also the basis for learning, growing, and continuing to evolve our focus on performance excellence.”

Privatized military housing providers use this valuable resident feedback to enhance resident satisfaction, retention, and overall community performance.
