The Military Housing Association (MHA) is delighted to welcome Mayroad as its newest member company.

Participating in the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI), Mayroad strives to ensure the highest level of customer service and social responsibility while providing residents with attractive and sustainable housing options. Mayroad’s leadership has over 20 years of Public-Private Partnership experience, operating mission-critical assets that contribute to better outcomes for their communities.

In December 2021, Mayroad became owner and operator of the Air Force Continental Group – a portfolio of more than 4,000 homes across six installations, including Edwards Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, Eielson Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, McConnell Air Force Base, and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Mayroad joins the MHA at a pivotal time as our member companies work closely with the Department of Defense and the service branches to invest in the future of our military communities, making sure they remain strong for residents and future generations of military families.

“We look forward to working alongside the other member companies to continue to advance the goals of the Military Housing Association,” said Heath Burleson, President and CEO of Mayroad. “Prioritizing high-quality housing, community amenities, and responsive property management services for service members and their families are the fundamentals Mayroad was built on.”
