Balfour Beatty Communities’ non-profit organization, Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation, has opened applications for their 2024/2025 academic scholarship program. Students may apply through March 21, 2024.

The foundation plans to award over $100,000 to students attending an accredited college or trade school, with recipients chosen based on academic performance, community service, and extracurricular involvement. Eligible students must be a resident of Balfour Beatty Communities owned and managed property, which includes Military Housing Privatization Initiative communities at 55 Army, Air Force, and Navy installations in the United States.

Since 2009, the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation has awarded more than 700 scholarships worth more than $1.5 million to help aspiring residents pursue post-secondary education.

The foundation was founded in 2007 to give back to residents and help young scholars pursue their educational goals.
