Congress created the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) to address the unique housing challenges facing the Armed Services. One such challenge was creating innovative solutions to housing Fort Bragg’s single and unaccompanied service members.

In 2008, Corvias established Randolph Pointe to offer tailored comforts for the installation’s single-occupancy housing with unmatched access to affordable housing and amenities. In-unit washer and dryers, cable, internet, utilities, recycling, and trash are included in the community’s monthly fee, which is lower than the Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), allowing servicemembers to save a portion of their BAH.

Randolph Point offers top-class amenities, including access to a 24-hour clubhouse, gym, pool, and social events. In addition, it is located walking distance from key advantages of on-base living, including the commissary, food court, and Class Six Store. Randolph Pointe also offers several accessible units for residents with disabilities and Wounded Warriors, and can adapt additional units as necessary to meet demand.

Corvias Managing Director Pete Sims said, “Corvias tailored the housing and amenities to meet the demand of this group of service members, and these results demonstrate that Corvias Property Management is providing the highest level of customer service by placing our residents’ needs first.” The MHPI community achieved an “Outstanding” rating in the most recent tenant satisfaction survey results that measure customer service, property operations, and maintenance by Corvias.
