For the second year in a row, MHA member company Mayroad received the “Very Good” rating by the 2021 Air Force Tenant Satisfaction Survey. The independently administered survey ranked all six Mayroad privatized military housing communities in the top eighteen, with survey scores increasing in every category from 2020 to 2021.

Mayroad provides on-base housing for more than 14,000 residents and manages a portfolio of 4,000 homes spread across the following locations: Edwards AFB (California), Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field (Florida), Eielson AFB (Alaska), McConnell AFB (Kansas), and Seymour Johnson AFB (North Carolina). Each location scored in the top 18 out of 67 total Air Force locations. Residents ranked Quality of Leasing Services, Quality of Maintenance Services, and Readiness to Solve Problems as the highest scoring services available on base.

“Our employees pride themselves on delivering superb customer service to our Air Force residents,” said Heath Burleson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mayroad. “It is our privilege to provide the highest levels of resident care to military families who make selfless sacrifices to protect our country. We will use the survey results to raise the bar and continue to strive to increase resident satisfaction.”

The annual Department of Defense Tenant Satisfaction Survey uses standardized questions across all military departments and housing types for residents to provide feedback on housing operations, services, and facilities.
