Are you a resident living in privatized military housing? We want to hear from you!

The annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey for residents of Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps military family housing communities is now open. These surveys are critical to helping housing providers and their Armed Services partners improve the military housing experience for residents.

How You Can Participate

An independent survey company will send one email per household to the primary email on file, containing a unique link to the survey, which is sponsored by the Department of Defense (DOD). Survey responses are anonymous and help to inform the DOD about the current needs and expectations of residents.

Surveys for the Army, Air Force and Marine Corps are now open. Army and Air Force residents must complete the survey by April 18, 2024. Marine Corps residents have until April 5, 2024 to submit responses.

Your Feedback is Critical

The annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey provides valuable resident insights on customer service, home quality, maintenance, and community amenities at the installation level. This feedback can have a direct impact on your community. Past survey results have informed housing provider decisions to enhance resident communication, the service request process, and more.

Military housing providers strive to ensure residents have additional opportunities to share feedback throughout the year. In addition to the DOD administered Tenant Satisfaction Survey, housing providers solicit resident feedback through town halls, community meetings, and third-party surveys.
