For more than two decades, the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) has harnessed innovation to improve services for residents living in military family housing communities. Today, this tradition of innovation continues with Hunt Military Communities’ launch of an industry-first Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that leverages Artificial-Intelligence and Natural Language Processing to improve the leasing experience for residents.
This new platform refines and streamlines the leasing process by providing a purpose-built resident portal with direct, self-service access for residents to view their position on a property’s waitlist, while also providing auto-generated waitlist status updates.

In addition, the company recently released an improved Change of Occupancy Maintenance System at select sites around the country, with plans to expand the program nationwide in 2024.
